Uptime Guarantee

SkailarHost guarantees 99.9% network and hardware uptime per calendar month.

Downtime due to scheduled maintenance, DDoS, or customer misuse is excluded.

Support Availability

Our support team is available 24/7 via email, live chat (soon), and Discord.

  • Average Response Time: Under 30 minutes
  • Resolution Target: Within 6 hours

Compensation Policy

If uptime falls below 99.9%, customers may request compensation in credits:

  • 99.0% - 99.8%: 5% credit
  • 98.0% - 98.9%: 10% credit
  • 95.0% - 97.9%: 20% credit
  • Below 95%: 50% credit

Claims must be made within 7 days of incident via our Discord server.

Maintenance Policy

Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 12 hours in advance.

Emergency maintenance may occur without notice to ensure security and uptime.

Backup & Data Policy

Customers are responsible for their own data backups unless a backup plan is purchased.

SkailarHost is not liable for any data loss on unmanaged servers.
